SBIM still needs HELP! If you can help please let me know asap. THANK YOU!!

Sag wagon Driver from 6am to 1:15pm to follow the last runner and be available for communication with medical and race Director if needed (Course time limit is 13:44/mi or 6hrs from 7:15am)
SBIM relies VERY heavily on our team for key volunteers because we have an amazing group of smart, talented and conscientious people who are passionate about our sport. FYI, SBIM is the largest running event EVER in SB COUNTY in only it's 3rd year. The Select Staffing SBIM will have over 5000 this year! SBIM has 8 folks trying to qualify for the Olympic Marathon Trials (4 men in the Half trying for sub 1:05 or 4:57/mi pace and 4 men in the Full marathon trying for sub 2:19) That being said SBIM has over 63% women! This truly is the beginning of something great in our community and will only get better but we need your help as always:)
Please email us at sbimarathon@cox.net if you can help. THANK YOU!

Saturday 10/22/11
Hi, Practice will be meeting at Shoreline cafe/Leadbetter Beach. This is week#10 for ING NYC Marathoners (8miles at MP) and week #9 for Select Staffing SBIM Runners (12mi at MP). We are starting at Leadbetter and running up Shoreline to Elise Way to Oliver to Cliff, Las Positas and NY folks run to Modoc and Las Positas then turn around and re-trace their steps back to Leadbetter. SBIMers run all the way to where Modoc and the Bike path cross and turn around there.
All other non marathoners run the 4miles at Threshold effort from Leadbetter to Modoc/Las Positas, then jog back to the start.
PLEASE WEAR YOUR SBRR UNIFORMS IF YOU HAVE THEM AS WE'RE GOING TO TAKE A TEAM PICTURE AFTER OUR WARMUP BEFORE THE HARD STUFF! It'll be great to have a team picture.
