CONGRATS TO BRIAN DUTTER!

Congrats to Brian (he's the one with the Orange T-shirt, and yellow shorts, camera in hand mid stride) as he ran 19:33 at Nite Moves for his best 5K in 15 years! Not everyone knows this, but Brian has been struggling biomechanically since I met him 2-3 yrs ago and he has managed to improve his biomechanics to the point where he can train up to his level of fitness most of the time. Nice to know if you are steadfast enough, you can improve and change ingrained habits.

    Apparently the squeaky wheel gets greased...

    First I want to thank the Academy for recognizing this talent and then I want to thank my manager and my agent for helping my career. Also, I am forced to acknowledge the help of one Rusty Snow. Without his training and support, this accomplishment would not have been possible. We probably do not say it often enough but thank you for your time and your dedication to our continual improvement.
