SATURDAY 8/7//10 PRACTICE

Hi All, we are meeting at Shoreline cafe tomorrow at 6:30am.

St.George racers after your warmup miles will be doing 2miles downhill at 20sec faster/mile than marathon pace, 2miles up ~20sec slower/mi, then finishing with 2miles down (6miles total continuous)

All others we will break into your groups for your workout tomorrow.
See you then!

  2. I lost track of a light blue Nathan carry bottle today (with a chocolate GU in the pocket). Did anybody pick it up?
