We will be meeting at Handlebar Coffee tomorrow at 6:30am.....All St.George Marathoners can park here too and run to Mountain Dr and Gibraltar as your warmup, and run down east mountain to San Ysidro back to Handlebar eventually...but you all should be running 10miles at Marathon goal pace (~10-15sec faster than that pace on the downhill, but be careful not to move too quickly).
I can meet you at Handlebar early (I'll coordinate with Rob) and put your water/etc out on the course for you.

Hi everyone,
Sorry for the late post. Rusty is out of town and Mike will be doing a triathlon relay.
For the workout, meet at 6:30 at Ledbetter beach. Warmup 40 minutes finishing at the corner or shoreline and Elise way. The tempo will be 4 miles down to east beach parking lot, and back to Ledbetter for 6 miles total. Cooldown from there. We will see you all next weekend
