Saturday 8/15

Hi Everyone,

St. George folks- Rob Olson will be coordinating the run, rides, parking etc.  the workout is 20 miles starting at mtn drive, with 6-7 miles at ~10 seconds per mile faster than marathon pace on the downhill.

Everyone else- we will be meeting at DPHS at 6:30 a.m.  see you all there
