Hi, It's wonderful seeing everyone get so fit and working hard to be their best. Race days will be fun....but legs should be heavy and tired at this point...make sure to take care of yourselves before, during and after these hard days with hydrating, eating/drinking enough carbs especially immediately after long runs and or hard efforts, sleep, stretching and/or massage.
See you tomorrow at the Vieja Valley Elementary School at 6:30am!

I have read news on technical sites that GiveBIG is now dominating the spring fundraising season for most nonprofits in every sector in Seattle and King County. The nonprofit community and fundraising thought leaders are trying to make sense of the GiveLocalAmerica kerfuffle. Great!! Jogos 2019
