They offer individualized coaching plans as well as a "workouts only" option. Hi, We are 4 weeks from Boston, 3 weeks from Carlsbad and 1 week before Nine Trails!! Hang in there....you guys are getting fit and doing well....Boston folks should be tired and heavy legged.
