Hi everyone,
Rusty and Mike are both out of town this weekend. The group will meet at Goleta beach. 40 min warmup, 4 mile tempo to the 4 mile mark on the bike path, 4 mile cool down or whatever is on your schedule. Pace groups are as follows: group 1- 9 min+, group 2 8:20-8:30, group 3- 7:45-7:55, group 4 7:15-7:25, group 5- 6:50-7, group 6 6:25-6:35, group 7 5:45-5:55. These are tempo not marathon paces. See you all next week

Tuesday 7/11/11 MORNING WORKOUT

Hi, we wil be meeting 6am as usual at DPHS. We are taking tomorrow off from a hard effort as we go into a base building phase and begin to prepare for the fall marathon season. Easy 12miles tomorrow unless I wrote otherwise on your schedule.
I am still in sacramento cheering for Ralph P as he races the 800 tonight at the World Master's Championships.

Hi, We are meeting at the Vieja Valley School tomorrow at 6:30am. Those racing the Semana Nautica 15K on Monday will be running a short, easy run. Good Luck!
