Rusty and Mike are both out of town this weekend. The group will meet at Goleta beach. 40 min warmup, 4 mile tempo to the 4 mile mark on the bike path, 4 mile cool down or whatever is on your schedule. Pace groups are as follows: group 1- 9 min+, group 2 8:20-8:30, group 3- 7:45-7:55, group 4 7:15-7:25, group 5- 6:50-7, group 6 6:25-6:35, group 7 5:45-5:55. These are tempo not marathon paces. Mike Swan and Rusty Snow have over 40 years of combined experience coaching runners of all abilities from the beginner to the Olympic hopeful. They offer individualized coaching plans as well as a "workouts only" option. SBRR works out twice weekly and offer three workouts per week (Tuesday 6am-San Marcos HS, Tuesday 6pm-UCSB and Saturday 6:30am various locals in the SB County area. 2. Then select which type of coaching you want (general coaching $40/month or personal coaching $120/month).
