Hi Everyone
Rusty and Mike will be out of town for Saturday practice, the workout will meet at 6:30 a.m. at Goleta Beach in the parking lot next to the Beachside.  the workout will be 40 minute warm-up towards UCSB, Lagoon followed by a 4 mile tempo run from the parking lot to the 4 mile mark on the bike path.  Cool-down will then be the 4 mile return trip to the start.  Those training for the upcoming CIM marathon will do 8 miles of marathon pace running finishing back at the start followed by their cool-down.

Hi Everyone,

We will be meeting at Ledbetter Beach at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday. We hope to see you all there, and once again don't forget about 6:00 pm Wednesday Sept 20 at Draughtsman aleworks, our SBRR celebration.
