Hi Everyone,
Coaches Rusty/Mike are out of town this week at the USATF cross country meet. Practice will meet at 6:30 am at Goleta beach park. Warmup 40 minutes.
The workout will be on the bike path. 3 miles at 85%( tempo) effort from mile 0-3 on the path. 5 minute jog recovery, followed by 2 miles back to the 1 mile mark 10-15 seconds per mile faster.
Those training for upcoming marathons should have workouts on their schedule
