1. Use the Paypal button on the right-hand column and pay $125 for your yearly membership.
2. Then select which type of coaching you want (general coaching $40/month or personal coaching $120/month).

 Hi Everyone,

In light of the upcoming rain, and trying to be good stewards of the trails, the first meeting of the trail group will be postponed until Thursday 2/8.  The meeting place will be the same, El Rodeo drive for a run at tuckers grove 6:30 am
