Our course for Saturday is a 2.5mile loop. (Chicago Marathoners....5 loops and into the 6th loop for 12miles, NYC Marathoners, 2loops plus a mile into the 6th loop)
Everybody else:
2 complete loops (5miles) at threshold effort
We are meeting at the Foothill Elementary School at 6:30am. Mike and Rusty are out of town this week. Have a great workout! Rusty will be out of town through Tuesday afternoon so will post the Tuesday AM workout on the blog Monday night.
