Hi, I am away this week so for those that do not already know their workout….here is yours:)

3mi warmup, strides x 5, 12x60sec@Threshold effort (perceived effort 7-8 out of 10 with 30sec recovery…if you cant recover in the 30sec then you are running too hard/fast)…then after your 12th 60sec repeat, take your 30sec recovery interval then finish with 4min@ same relative effort as the previous 12 repeats, cooldown 2-3miles
