We will be meeting at 6:30 am at Ledbetter beach.  A couple of announcements-
Please rsvp if you have not for the SBRR summer party at Patty and Bob’s
Upcoming races-  the SBAA has the 4th of July 15k in Elings Park, and the Rabbit 5000/ Vicki’s 3000 are coming up at SBCC stadium the evening of July 13th.

Hi, we are meeting at Handlebar coffee on Canon Perdido st tomorrow at 6:30am.
Reminder that after our workout in honor of Maggie's retirement she is treating us to a handlebar drink and pastry! Thank you Maggie!
Also happening Saturday night a runners retreat with great beer and music! Lynette and Gary are performing at M Special Brewery. Building C, 6860 Cortona dr, goleta,  6pm to 8pm.
