1600@threshold effort
2 min jog
3 sets of 3x400 with 60sec between 400s and 4 min between sets (set#1@10sec faster than your threshold pace for the 1600, set#2 5sec slower than set #1, set #3 same as set #1)
Others have their own workout and you know who you are.
