Hi, Mike and Rusty are both out of town tomorrow. Practice meets at vieja valley elementary school tomorrow at 6:30am.
Workout: jog easy to goleta beach and start tempo run by the restrooms heading back to Vieja valley stopping at the 4 mile mark in the neighborhood before the walking bridge. Cool down to fill in your mileage.

This Thursday, August 23rd is the SBRR third Thursday social at CARR WINERY 7pm-9pm. Great live music with Lynette and her band as well as wine.
