Hi Everyone,
We will be meeting at Vieja Valley school at 6:30 a.m.  Hope to see you all there.  There will be no Tuesday track practices this week as it is July 4th, and we encourage everyone to either race or volunteer at the race in Elings Park.

We will be previewing the 4th of July course in Elings park.  We will meet in the park at the top of the main hill at the entrance, there is a small lot on the left

Saturday 4/17/17

Hi, We are meeting at Mountain and Gibraltar Roads tomorrow at 6:30am. We will have someone filming our practice and conducting short interviews as We produce a short promotional clip. If you have any SBRR clothing, please wear it.

Hi Everyone,
We will be meeting at Westmont college at 6:30 a.m. tomorrow.  We are planning on everyone running in the Vicki's 3k races, so will begin with a warmup prior to the event.  The first heat begins at 7:30 and start times are posted on the SBAA website.  We will meet in the parking lot near the track, see you all there

We will be meeting at 6:30 a.m. in front of Handlebar coffee.  Hope to see you all there.

One quick note, Tuesday evening practice will meet at Lake Los Larneros park, in the parking lot near the Stow house off los carneros at 5:45 and run to DPHS.  The run to DP from Deckers was too congested with traffic, so we will meet at Lake Los Carneros instead and be a the track around 6:10
