Saturday 2/15

Hi Everyone,

We will meet at 6:30 a.m. at Dos Pueblos High School.  We will be working out on the gradual hill to the end of glen annie and back.  40 minute warmup, LA marathoners will do 3 trips from the start on cathedral oaks across from the DP driveway to the end of glen annie and back for 12 miles.  Boston Marathoners will do 2 trips for 8 miles at marathon pace, and everyone else will do 1 trip for 4 miles- tempo effort/pace

Saturday 2/8/14 and HOKA

Practice is at SBRunning CO, downtown Santa Barbara, Anacapa location 6:30am.
HOKA will be there to talk about their shoes and have plenty of sizes for us to wear test!
