1. Use the Paypal button on the right-hand column and pay $125 for your yearly membership.
2. Then select which type of coaching you want (general coaching $40/month or personal coaching $120/month).

It's that time of year again! Time for our holiday get together. Mark your calendars for December 10th from 4:30 to 6:30pm at the Hilton. Get dressed up in the spirit of the season and come join your friends to celebrate the holidays.


See everyone else at the Goleta Beach parking Lot tomorrow at 6:30am! We will warm up to More Mesa (~2miles) and workout there.
