Hi, Both Mike and Rusty are out of town this week. We will be meeting at the Foothill Elementary School and the workout loop is below. Click on it to enlarge it and please take a close look. We have done this one before. It's 2.75miles.
workout: 40min jog, strides x 5, then......
Workout for the NYCity Marathoners AND the Cal Int'l Marathoners is 3 continuous loops (~8:25mi) at Marathon Goal Pace.
Workout for SB Half Marathoners and Everyone else: 2x1 loop with 5min jog between them. First loop at half marathon Goal Pace, 5min jog, then second loop 10-15sec/mi faster.
