Hi, Mike and Rusty are out of town this week so will not be at practice tomorrow.
Practice will be at Goleta Beach tomorrow.
Warmup 30 min, strides x 5
From the restroom in the parking lot following the bike path as usual…3 miles@80-85% (~5-7sec per mile slower than half marathon race pace), 5 min jog, 2 miles back toward the start @ 10-15sec/mile faster than the 3 miler.
Cool down remaining miles.
