Hi, We have a HUGE group going to race the Boston Marathon April 15th, 2019 which is 20 weeks away.....Mike and I have planned out the next 20 weeks to make certain we cover all the bases in assuring we show up on the starting line with our "A" selves. We are well aware that not everyone will be focusing on Boston 2019, as there is also Nine trails, The Carlsbad half marathon, Carlsbad 5000 and other races we are focusing on...to give you an idea of what the next few weeks will look like on Saturday:
12/1 through 12/17 we will be doing off road repeats
12/24 through 1/28 we will be focusing on Hills
1/28 through 4/15 we will be back on the roads strong, fit and ready to hammer.
As always, our first priority is to keep everyone as injury free as possible...so we push but not over the limit:)
Mike and I are not taking a Holiday break as we usually do. We will have practice through the holidays!

2. Then select which type of coaching you want (general coaching $40/month or personal coaching $120/month).
