Hi everyone,
Good luck to all those running the mountains to beach marathon on Sunday. Practice will meet at Shoreline beach cafe/ Ledbetter. Rusty and Mike are both out of town, so the workout is as follows: warmup 40 minutes, 4 mile tempo run starting at the entrance to the harbor, 2 miles up to the intersection with Elise way and back to the start. For those doing state street mile, following the tempo run, jog up to shoreline park to the end of the first parking lot, and do 1 effort at mile effort downhill to the mite moves finish area which is about 600+ m. See everyone next week. A reminder that evening group will meet at 5:45 at the deckers parking lot and warmup to the track at DP.
