We expect most will be running the Veterans Day half tomorrow. For those that are not, rusty and mike are out of town, but the workout will meet at Vieja valley school. 30 min warmup, 3 mile tempo from mile 4-1 on the bike path at marathon effort. 3 min jog, then3 miles from 1-4 at approx 20 seconds per mile faster.

2. Then select which type of coaching you want (general coaching $40/month or personal coaching $120/month).
