Hi all Tuesday 6am SBRR,runners...Rusty will not be at practice...your workout is 12x400 at threshold effort (5k race pace plus 10sec per 400. Example: if your 5k race pace is 20 flat or 6:25/mile (96/400), then your 400 workout is at 1:46/400 with 60 sec recovery jog)

2. Then select which type of coaching you want (general coaching $40/month or personal coaching $120/month).
