Mike Swan and Rusty Snow have over 40 years of combined experience coaching runners of all abilities from the beginner to the Olympic hopeful. They offer individualized coaching plans as well as a "workouts only" option. SBRR works out twice weekly and offer three workouts per week (Tuesday 6am-San Marcos HS, Tuesday 6pm-UCSB and Saturday 6:30am various locals in the SB County area. 1. Use the Paypal button on the right-hand column and pay $125 for your yearly membership.
2. Then select which type of coaching you want (general coaching $40/month or personal coaching $120/month).

Saturday 6/7
Hi Everyone
We will be meeting at Westmont college at 6:30 a.m. A reminder that Vicki's 3000 will be on Saturday at 8:00 and a few notes from our fellow runner and race director Dave/Deanna O'dell
all SBRR are encouraged to race!

Vicki's 3000 is tomorrow!!!!
A few important reminders:
1. Enter Westmont's campus
through the lower (first) entrance off of Cold Springs Road.
2. There is a parking lot
right by the track. If that is full, there are several spaces slightly up
the road by the baseball fields. There are also spaces at the tennis
courts.
3. Every entrant will
receive a raffle ticket for some cool Santa Barbara Running gear. You
can increase your chances of winning by buying additional raffle tickets 5 for
$10. There will also be a donation box for giving to the SB
Special Olympics. So...Bring some extra cash or check.
4. Registration is at
8AM....first heat at 8:30AM. We will run the kids in the first heat
as well as anyone running more than 8:30 min/mile pace.
