Tuesday 12/11

Tuesday practice- meet at Sbcc 5:45.  Warmup to the skatepark and back to Weldon hill.  6x the hill with 1 min rest at the bottom, 2 groups of 3 done at 85, 90, 95%. After the hills then jog to the track and do 8x200 fast with 200 recovery jog.  Focus is smooth and fast, not times
2 mile cooldown.  Enjoy!

  1. Hi! I didn't know where else to put this, or how to contact..whoever is in charge of the group, so I'm sorry if this seems irrelevant...
    Anyway, I was wondering how one goes about joining SBRR :)
