Hi, I am out of town tomorrow...
workout for all those racing CIM or anyone who has a race planned anytime over the next few weeks (as long as it's not this week):
8x600@5K Race effort with 2min jog between
All others who do not have a race planned in the next few weeks:
8x600@Threshold effort (85% perceived effort) with a 200M jog done continuosly no stopping...if you need to stop after the 600 repeat then you are running too fast...slow down.

I'm assuming the evening track workout won't happen due to the air quality? Will it still be possible to drop off used shoes for the fundraiser, or should I hold on to those for longer?
