Hi, Rusty will be out of town watching the USATF Track and Field Nationals in Eugene, Or from the 21st through the 28th. Both Rusty and Mike are out of town this Saturday 6/25. Please check this blog Friday night for the workout location and workout details.
Tuesday:
warmup 3miles, 4min@Threshold effort (~1/2marathon Race Pace), 2min jog, 2min@20sec/mi faster than the previous repeat, 1min jog, 4x30sec@10sec/mi quicker than previous repeat, 30sec jog between each
repeat entire set 2x with 5min jog between sets, cool down 2-3miles
