Tuesday 9/13/22 Morning workout

 Hi, 

AM workout for Tuesday:


3mi warmup, 5x100m strides, 1600m@10k Race effort, 4min jog, 4-6 x 600m (1.5 laps)@10-15sec/mile quicker than the 1600m you just ran (ex: if you run 7:00 for the 1600m, which is 1:45/400m lap, then your 600m reps are at 1:41-1:43/400m....faster but controlled/relaxed speed), 2-3mi cool down
