Hi, I am out of town tomorrow…..we have one more week of hills then back to the track next week! See you all Saturday and have a great workout:)
Workout:
3 mi warmup, strides x 5, start at the Bike path/Turnpike and threshold effort to the More Mesa gate (~1mile), same as last week....then 10 short Mockingbird hill repeats hard effort up/easy down then threshold effort from base of Mockingbird back to Turnpike/Hollister (~1mile), cool down 1-4miles depending on your goal mileage
