We will be meeting at 6:30 am on mtn drive at the usual spot near the intersection of Gibralter and mtn drive.  Good luck to all those running Carlsbad 5000 this weekend!

Saturday 3/5/16 Ramble on Romero

Hi All, we are using the Ramble on Romero ...website here: http://www.rambleonromero.com/racedetails/ as our Practice for tomorrow.  There is a 6mile and 12mile race....we encourage all to participate as timing is good for all Boston and Mountains 2 Beach Runners....if you are running carlsbad 5K, then this isn't recommended....for those doing carlsbad, warm up 3-4miles, 3mile tempo run, 10min jog, then a fast mile at 5K race pace.

All others that can make it, the ramble starts at 9am..PLEASE CARPOOL as it will be crowded at the start.
