Hi, Tuesday AM workout:

Please run this in lanes 3 through 8 as others who have a different workout use lanes one

3 mi warmup, strides x 5, 5min@90% perceived effort, 1 min recovery jog, 2 min@90%, 1 min jog, 30sec @90%, 30sec jog x 3 sets (30 min total)

2-3 mi cool down
