Saturday 7/30/22

 Hi Everyone,

Coaches Rusty and Mike are out of town this weekend. Good luck to Karen, Shayne, Jon Z, and Brett who are running Jack and Jill Marathon!

For practice- meet at 6:30 am at Ledbetter beach.  40 minute warmup, finishing at the dolphins.  Workout will be 3x2 miles on the sidewalk/bike path drag strip.   1 and 3 should be 80-85%, just below your threshold effort.   2 should be about 10-20 seconds per mile faster.  3 min jogs/ recovery between efforts.
