 Hi, I’ll see you all Saturday but am still out of town tomorrow. 

Workouts are still off the track.

3mi warmup, strides x 6, 6 min@90% effort,3 min jog, 6x90sec@10-15sec faster than 6 min repeat, with 60sec between each, 3min jog, 6Min back at 90% effort, 2-3mile cool down
