Hi, We will meet at the Montessori Elementary School on Fairview Ave tomorrow at 6:30am and warmup for 30min to the start to the Virtual 10k... please review the course We will start promptly at the following times whether you are racing or doing a tempo run for the 6.2mile course tomorrow. Schedule: 7:15AM 6:30/mi or faster (sub 40min) 7:16am 7:15/mi or faster (sub 45min) 7:17am 7:55/mi or faster (sub 49:30min) 7:18am everyone else
