Hi, Tomorrow's workout:
3-4miles warmup, strides x 6, 12x40sec@90% effort with 40sec easy between, 40sec recovery jog, mile@90% effort, 3min jog, 6x40sec@90%effort with 40sec between each, cool down 2-4miles.
This workout can be done on any terrain.
