Hi guys, I won't be at practice tomorrow....Here is your workout (with the exception of all CIM runners) which is all threshold effort 85% with short recovery intervals...not paces, but effort.....good luck and see you Saturday.
Cal International Marathon workout:
Jill & Ada (Ada, if you aren't feeling great...6:30/mi is fine...either way this workout is fine tuning and won't make or break you) 3x1600@5k effort with 3min recovery jog (6:20/mi)
Everyone else: 20x200s with 100meter jog between each..this is a non stop run (6000meters total running)
Good luck....it should be a fun one for you....aside from Jill and Ada:)
