Meeting at Vieja Valley tomorrow at 6:30am sharp....no need to get there early.

Above is the course for all Boston Marathoners Saturday....THE COURSE WE WILL RUN...START WITH A FIGURE 8 LOOP..THEN 5X 1.28Mi loops FINISHING WITH A FINAL FIGURE 8 LOOP. we will have a table with cups of Gatorade Endurance Formula for you to practice not only drinking out of cups but also drinking the fluid offered on course at Boston.
