They offer individualized coaching plans as well as a "workouts only" option. SBRR works out twice weekly and offer three workouts per week (Tuesday 6am-San Marcos HS, Tuesday 6pm-UCSB and Saturday 6:30am various locals in the SB County area. Hi I'm new to town and trying to get more specific info on your meeting locations. Where will you meet on Tuesday? The HS - if so which exact location? Thanks!
ReplyDeletehi jen, we meet at San Marcos HS Tuesday's at 6am (Turnpike Entrance). We have 6pm option as well and they meet at Goleta Beach at 5:45pm
